Schedules

The World Series of Board Gaming will be held over six days at the Horseshoe Hotel, connected to the Paris Las Vegas. 

– Ring Tournaments will be held on days two thru five with the Main Event Playoffs of the Semifinals and Final rounds played on day six.

– Phoenix Tournaments will be held starting on day two and finishing on day five. 

– Open Gaming Hall will be open to all ticket holders 24 X 7, starting at 5 PM on day one and ending at 4 PM day six.

Six days of an Open Gaming Buffet.  The WSBG Open Gaming Hall opens at 5 PM the first day of the event and does not close until 4 PM six days later. Learn new games, practice tournament games, play a relaxing game with friends. 

In the Open Gaming Hall you will meet new Board Game Hobbyists, get to spend time with game designers learning new games coming out next year and be a part of the daily & spontaneous door prizes and silly contests.

Open Gaming is open to all ticket holders.

The Outer Ring Games allow individuals to compete and prove their skills in Single Game competitions. WSBG offers a variety of competitive games for you to choose from. This year we introduce the DICE THRONE Annual Championships as a part of our Outer Ring Tournament Events.

Side Events include all non-Tournament activities: an Exhibitor Hall full of vendors and notable game boarding personalities, 24-hour Open Gaming with a Game Library of more than 2,000 board games, and Daily Awards Ceremonies. Any competitor or guest with any level of WSBG pass may attend the Side Events.

**HOTEL NIGHTS – This highly discounted nightly rate is for a Standard room with 2 Queen Beds (King can be requested). Double occupancy included. There is addition charges of $30 per night per person for guests 3 and 4 if desired to have more than 2 in the room. Max number of guests in the room is 4. Ancillary charges to the room, if any, will be charge to the charge card you present when checking-in at the hotel. 

This Quadruple Ring Event Competitor ticket gives the ticket holder registration into four (4) of the 16 Ring Event games of their choice (note: only one Ring Event game can be played per day.) This ticket also includes a five (5) day entry pass to all the WSBG side events taking place.  Open Gaming, Access to the Board Game Library, Exhibitor Hall, ability to enter into Outer Ring Tournaments, Celebrity Raffle, Demo Area and more. This Double Ring Event Competitor ticket allows the ticket holder registration into two (2) of the 16 Ring Championship games of their choice (only one (1) Ring Event game can be player per day) and saves you $50 on the 2nd game registration. Also included in this ticket is a five (5) day entry pass to all the WSBG side events taking place.  Open Gaming, Access to the Board Game Library, Exhibitor Hall, ability to enter into Outer Ring Tournaments, Celebrity Raffle, Demo Area and more. This ticket also allows for the holder to buy up to one (2) *Guest Passes at 33% off so they can bring friends to enjoy the side events with them.

*Guests will be allowed to participate in all Side Events. Guests are NOT permitted to participate in any of the 16 Ring Games or ORG (Outer Ring Games).

This Single Ring Event Competitor ticket gives the ticket holder registration into one (1) of the 16 Ring Championship games of their choice plus; a five (5) day entry pass to all the WSBG side events taking place at the event in Las Vegas. Side events include: Open Gaming, Access to the Board Game Library, Exhibitor Hall, ability to enter into Outer Ring Tournaments, Celebrity Raffle, Demo Area and more. This ticket also allows for the holder to buy up to one (1) *Guest Pass so they can bring a friend to enjoy the side events with them.
