These store programs are ones that will benefit you along with helping WSBG. The BEST part is that there is absolutely No Obligated Cost to your store and they will generate income for you. Below is an outline of two programs.
The $50 merchandise store credit program
- Anyone that purchases a 2025 WSBG Ring Event ticket and cites your store as their referring store will receive a $50 credit to shop in your store, paid for by the WSBG!
- The credit will be sent directly to you prior to the customer shopping.
Here is how it works in 4 easy steps:
1.
Sign store up
Complete the form below and check the $50 Store Credit Program to get started. Once submitted we will promote your store as a WSBG Partner Store on our website and in our newsletter.
2.
promote program
WSBG will send you a promotional kit so you can display the program around the store and let customers know that they can receive a $50 store credit if they plan on attending the WSBG in Las Vegas.
3.
receive payment
When a person purchases a WSBG Ring Ticket and cites your store as the referring organization we will transfer $50 into your account (as you instructed in the sign up form) and email the customer and CC you.
4.
service customer
When your customer comes shopping remind them that they have that $50 credit so buy those games they have been holding off on getting.
The Road to WSBG Program
- Build additional revenue and new customers with a series of official WSBG tournaments meant to excite your player base and bring new customers through your door
- Choose as many of the WSBG 16 Ring Tournaments you wish to highlight and have an event night for each game.
- Give out awards provided by WSBG. You can also include awards from your store to draw more people.
Here is how it works:

Sign up
Complete the form below and check Road To The World Series of Board Gaming to get started. Once submitted we will promote your store as a WSBG Partner Store on our website and in our newsletter.
2.
schedule
Once signed up, decide on the Ring Games you will hold events for. Then email WSBG the name of the games and the dates you will be holding their events. All events must be completed by August 15, 2025
3.
Promote
Promote, promote, promote. WSBG will be announcing your events in our newsletter and on our website. We trust you know the best way to promote to your customers and new prospects.
4.
Sell Seats
Each store should sell seats to the gaming events – teaching the fundamentals of the games and holding a mini tournament for each game. You have the fixability to decide your pricing and how the tournaments will be played.
5.
Give Awards
WSBG will provide you with award codes worth $50 for each game event. If you would like to spice up the amount of the award we will increase it by whatever amount you wish to buy PLUS add 50% more to your purchase at no extra cost.
